When to toss weak batteries in the recycle box?

I have a bad habit of keeping old weak batteries, anything that doesn’t leak I tend to just use in something less critical as the charge it holds gets less and less.

Whats your into the bin criteria?

I use a LaCrosse 4 channel charger to refresh and test capacity.
