I was under the impression they come from a certain laptop battery pack.
I purchased one recently and it has RED wrapped cells inside the wrappers are Embossed SANYO, maybe I need to purchase the higher 61aH rating pack???

NRC18650B or NRC18650? NRC18650 is a 2900mAh cell.
Voltage listed on the pack? You can use the mAh or Ah and voltage listed on the pack to get an idea of the mAh of the individual cells. Be sure you’re not reading Wh. How many cell where in the pack?
Here is a pack I had 14.4 volts 4400mAh, 63Wh
14.4v / 4 = 3.6v, 4 cells in series. 4400mAh / 2 = 2200 (cells are usually in 2 parallel). So my pack contained eight 2200mAh (max) cells.
Wh is volts x Amps by the way. 14.4v x 4.4Ah = 63.36Wh
