True, maybe someone he knows. I know if someone like that came knocking on my door I would freak out. :P Either way now that we know he is fine it isn't necessary. However, if you do it make sure to take a video. :P

I only do the army surplus when off roading (wheeling I believe) because its easier to clean…
Yep, I’ll be taking a selection of lights too, its my step sons birthday treat, weekend camping and off roading with his mates. Not for my benefit at all…

Looks like the wife at the mall driving over those cement parking thingys. Cool truck! I used to own a 46 willys that I could not get stuck & not for lack of trying. I miss that thing.

I’m not the best step dad, but I do try. Just gutted my two little ’uns aren’t big enough to enjoy it, but at two and five months, I guess its pushing it……
The landcruiser is a cool rig, big turbo diesel, front rear and centre lockers, seats 8 with load space for a family day out, gets 30mpg on a run, hits 100mph easily, I like it an awful lot…. Just needs to be used in anger now. :bigsmile:

Yep, I’m a dad and a stepdad, one 11 year old, one two year old a week on Monday, one five month old.

I don't know what "gutted" means in England but in the US it is what you do to a animal to prepare it. (Remove the guts)

I believe it means that he is disappointed that the little ones are to small to enjoy it. My friend from New Zealand uses the term.
