Where to buy a clip for a SS Ultrafire C3?

A link would be super awesome. I got this about 2 months ago, and it’s lack of a clip is keeping me from EDC-ing it. I read somewhere that someone said they use theirs with a “Fenix” clip- without any further elaboration.

This was quite a popular light, no one uses a clip with it?

I bought lot of these. still have one on me and never find such snap-on clip…
looking from fenix site, they have some version. don’t know which one will fit though.

Thanks for the link. Looks like with shipping these will set me back almost what I paid for the light. That and I wouldn’t know which is the correct one either. I’d like one that attaches via screws though.

I saw somewhere tube light installed with screw clip on the lanyard holes. but I think it can’t applied on c3 since the holes are too small and too close to each other…

The Fasttech SS clip has wide holes than the SS C3 lanyard holes. I guess it could be modded to fit, but may be weakened because of the screws being so close together.

I guess for pants pocket carry, one could use a short lanyard with a hook (or clip) on the end. I would prefer a real clip. I wonder how hard it would be to cut and bend one from a sheet of stainless steel. Maybe heat it super hot and dip in cold fluid to give it springiness.

Ok, so I have that clip. I tried drilling through the light with a tiny bit, because that was going to look nicest- but that steel is pretty hard. So I wound up breaking the only appropriate-sized bit I had. It’d be nicer if I had a drill press- but I have a Ni-cad B&D and an old eletric drill- both of which won’t cut it. Anyway, about the only other way the Fasttech clip would work is if you drilled a middle-ish hole in the clip- but that would look strange. You couldn’t drill two holes in between the existing ones because they would overlap. I don’t know- I’m not happy with the way it’d look with a third hole.

SS is rather hard to cut. That’s why I thought of modding the clip; it is thinner and flatter. I would like to have a clip on it, but will probably leave mine alone.
