Because the attractive configuration should yield a well-tempered beam profile with lots of lumens and throw and runtime.
I AM leaning toward the Haikelite for it’s beam profile
I would go with the Wowtac A 5 for its design 
Charles B found that it got quite hot, but it’s a great light
would not get manker
i have had manufacturing and design problems with their lights
they do not seem responsive to suggestions either
i see that this light, mk41, has the same terrible switch button design, i would veto it for that reason alone
