Who owns or wishes for an Xtar S1? Your thoughts?

I've read all the threads about the Xtar S1, but it doesn't sound like there are very many people who actually have one.

For those of you who do have one, what do you think about the light? No need to duplicate the technical information in the various reviews; I'm interested in hearing how you like it or dislike it, what you use it for, what you wish would be different, etc.

For those of you who like the light but didn't get one, why? What would make you buy it?

didn't get one because I'll wait for the production version, and because an xtar rep told me they're also coming out w/ a new dive light (no details).

About the only thing I dislike is the number of levels. A light w/ such a high output can benefit from more intermediate levels.

I'd also be more attracted if they'd come out w/ a diffuser.

My primary purpose would be boating.
