Who owns Warsun?

Does anyone know if the brand Warsun is owned by sofirn? They seem to be copying from sofirn and I didn’t know if it was a subsidiary of sofirn or just another Chinese company stealing designs?

Instead of making a second post. Can anyone recommend a 90° rotating head flashlight? I just want one because they remind me of one my grandma had. Does not need to be top of the line, just a decent one.

AFAIK Warsun and Sofirn are not related.

I own a couple. The Nicrons +L71 and this Wurkkos HD11 Right Angle Flashlight with Red Light, 1800 Lumens 90 Degree Spotlight & Floodlight which can be had for $30 using discount on Amz page.

I really like the HD11 with the short tube but the light produced, while not ideal is perfectly fine.
I’ve been waiting for the Sofirn one to go on sale…

I also have the Nicron N7 which can be had for $12 right now. It doesn’t have the chamfered edge when twisted and the color is poor but it is a decent light for the price.
