the led work on direckt contakt with battery but not on a alluminium c8 pill with driver (driver soldering to c8)

Are you sure the driver is contacting the body ok for the neutral path?
Is the driver working?
The driver may not be adequate for that emitter

i have it tray with 2 different drivers i gonne tray with another again.

It’s a red led so the back of the star that makes contact with the body of the flashlight is positive. The metal slug below the led dies (inside the white plastic body) is positive and not electrically neutral like on a white light led.
Had the same problem 10 or so years ago with an old luxeon star mounted red led.
If I recall correctly, I had to put the battery in backwards and the driver had to be isolated from the actual body of the flashlight.

660 red seen more red than 620nm red i see…thats good.
850nm red = infrared what we not really see just a little but 720 nm red can we seen that ? what color give this ? very bloody dark red ?
