No, as long as it’s a small mark.

Got few marks and finger prints on it, its a tir reflecor any way to remove the scratches

I would try and clean it by removing the fingerprints.

Actually, unless you have a dilute solution of sodium carbonate, and a hair dryer, I would not try to clean the reflector.

Just leave it as it.

Edit: Ah, it’s a TIR lens.

The only thing you could do would be removing the fingerprints.
