out of curiousity, would it be legal to put my company name logo on one of those no brand chinese flashlights and then selling it in my retail store?
Yes. I recall seeing a suggestion to do just that on the unbadged Kaidomain C8s.
thats funny, cus the kd c8 was what i had in mind also. was there a thread on this , or where did you see this from?
Wasn’t it CNQ that was offering dirt cheap laser engraving for their unbranded lights?
Dirt is not cheap anymore, just bought some soil for the plants...
really? but i just dont want my name on just any flashlight hahah. do you know which ones are the unbranded ones? i still would like it to be bright, which is why i was thinking of the kaidomains
Search “OEM Flashlight” or “OEM Host” at CNQualityGoods… I don’t remember which of those terms it is, but I’m quite sure its one of them.

Hmm, I find it hard to believe that some no-name chinese manufacturer is going to come after you (especially since they probably copied the design in the first place!)
Certainly, I wouldn’t do it on an obvious copy of a brand-name light (like those copies of the Fenix TK35), as the original brand name might get upset with you. But for some generic average light? I don’t see the problem.
i found it.

so this is their unbranded c8. looks like its a complete flashlight…do i need to purchase additional items to make the flashlight work? like emitter, driver, pill…etc… other than the 18650.
anybody try one of these lights yet? i was thinking of ordering 20 lights, but it would be fantastic if i can hear what you guys think first.
I’m thinking $2 each is a pretty good price. Not so sure about the Dong light. If you need a light to find it, you are probably better off keeping it in the dark. :~
Wouldn’t be that Chinese manufacturer will be upset if he/she finds out?
