Hey MRsDNF, you are the one that got me to looking at lathes, seems like most of the ones I am interested in are at least 1000 miles away. You know you can always buy a phase converter.
You mignt at to mod it though and beef it up to handle those big custom light part jobs !
If you were planing on working on the 58 “D” cell mag-light this may be the lathe for you.

Looks like it’s a hundred years old! Bet it weighs over 10K lbs! My buddy was a gunsmith, had one almost that big. He rented a forklift to set it off the truck and onto the slab in his shop, he’d left one wall out when ordering his equipment, put the lathe and mill down then finished the building.
You could go to the other extreme, for $109
