You can reflow using regular soldering iron with flat tip.

Added new OSRAM LEDs which replace BLACK FLAT - 1mm2, similar or slightly higher lumens, but with much lower Vf and electrically neutral thermal pad (normal DTP pcbs can be used). Also emitting area is pure square,without annoying wire shadows etc. Preliminary tests show peak output of ~980lm@5.75A, 960lm@5A, I recommend 5Amps in flashlights because cooling is not as good as with bench tests. https://led4power.com/product-category/leds1/osram/
