It has the XPLHI V3 1A emitter at 6500K. It has the 18650/clip and 18350 tube…so yes, it is perfect for summer. Are you in the US? If so I’ll start PMing you some pictures of it and all that is included.
Hmm, depends on what you’re looking for. I’ve got a lightly used Brinyte B158 (aspheric / “zoomie”) that I modded with a FET+1 and an XP-L 5000K. I think it’s got an illuminated tailcap too. I need to pull it out of the box and double check. These were great hosts (300,000+ cd and fairly compact) but unfortunately discontinued.
I have a TN31 running a CSLPM1 and the driver turned up to 7.0A. 575-550Kcd. All relevant springs are bypassed and low mode resistor is adjusted to create a nice “2-3 shift”.
I bet it has fuel injection also.

I would part with my Fenix TK70. It’s the model that runs on 4 D cells, 2200 lumens, 720m throw. Would make a great mod project, I suspect.

One that is in mint condition! I’ve never carried it. I really like it, just never found myself putting it in the pocket. Kept it at the house to check property lines from the porch.

Just needs to be going to someone in the US to save shipping. I think $50 is fair. I’ve been asking around…. even on FaceBook groups, and people are saying $45 to $55 is right for the condition and options. When we get slowed down here this evening I will be getting some pictures together of it.

I agree! Tail switch versus side switch…. I am a snob to neither. Time spent with whatever it is and I am good to go.
The KR1 and K1 are both very nice and I enjoy both, but I’d like to see something in between. Maybe a C8 sized light with a side switch, like the D1S.
An efficient CC buck driver would really set it apart. I’d probably buy a few.
