The build is nice, but not 230 dollar worth of work.

He wasn’t opposed to you reselling it, merely the relatively high asking price, but hey, an item is worth what somebody is willing to pay for it. Hooray for the free market!

There is no proof it was sold for the $320 or even sold for that matter. Personally I beleive the OP was asking WAY too much and when he was flamed for his price he got butt hurt and thus thought oh well ill say it sold just to shut them up. They doubt me and laugh at my price but they’ll be feeling dumb if I say its sold for that price

Doesn't really matter what any of us think. If the buyer is happy, who cares? Not really for us to tell someone else what they can charge. Just go look at ebay or Amazon. Anything in demand or limited edition goes for big bucks every time. Someone will always pay. If not, the prices would be lower.
Many times I have people PM me wanting to buy a light and not wanting anyone else to know they bought it. Happens all the time. Congratulations on the sale.
Point is we are all callig BS on the sale. Stuff sells all the time for more than it should but this one seems fishy.

Btw also dont believe people dont want it know they bought an OL light. 95% of your lights are are work of art (especially MagLite) and if I bought one id want everyone to know lol
Personally, I’ve been trying to save up some money to buy an O-L light, but darn, they go so fast, I never can get one :)!!
BLF is the free place, not the other way around, sees a bit of reverse attitude going on.
