I would, if I could afford it.

Just out of curiosity as it may broaden the buying market, how much does shipping to NZ cost? A member here was quoting NZ to AU for about the same price as postage here.
Hmm it’s not as cheap as domestic.
About $30aud for air mail or $37 for registered or Tracked.
How does it compare to those 2? Also, is the UI as stock?
I will take some comparison beam shots hopefully tonight if possible. Based on what I have seen so far I would say it is brighter than the TN36 and probably on par with the M43. Bear in mind though that the M43 is S3 3D XP-G2 emitters which have higher output than the Nichias.
No, the magnetic ring has no use anymore and I have locked it out. Because it’s running the FET driver, modes changes are done through the tailcap switch like on a normal tail clicky. But it has the guppydrv rev. 1 firmware which offers the 24 modes groups.
Ok, some comparison beamshots. All photos were taken with a proper camera this time with manual settings to make sure they were all equal. All lights are on Turbo mode and all lights have batteries fresh off the charger.
As I mentioned previously, its brighter than the TN36 and similar to the M43. The roller door shots are much more washed out in person but I sped up the shutter speed on them to show the difference better. The beam of the TN30 is noticeably wider than the M43 which I am assuming is to do with the emitters and possibly also because it doesn’t have the black plate surrounding the optics?

Thanks George.
Doesn’t seem like this one is going to sell unfortunately.

Well I upgraded the pc anyway and sold the old parts along with my TN36. So chances are I will end up keeping this light. However I will leave it up here for a little while longer just in case.
Bump.
This light doesn’t get the use it deserves. Hopefully someone else might be able to enjoy it.
