I generally don’t like Wuben’s design language for their X series of products: everything seems to be blocky and have hard 45/90 edges like they were inspired by stealth bombers or something.

They’re attractive to look at, but functionally? I think a smoother, cylindrical body is preferable. Wuben seems to have made a serious inventory investment on Osram emitters. They’re appearing on so many of their flashlight models. And while it’s good to see 5000k, it’s disappointing that it’s low CRI.
