First of all I would like to thank the Wuben team for this GAW. They spent a tremendous amount of effort and time to make this happen. Wuben is a brand where the flashlight customer and customer service comes first.

Unfortunately, DHL got the package in the relevant country but they decided not to deliver it. Even though this is DHL Express, the customer service was atrocious and nothing short of catastrophic. They gave Wuben and me the runaround because of a “tax/customs issue” and never attempted a delivery, despite all communication and phone calls.

Thanks again to Wuben for all the help and support you have provided. You guys are truly amazing and can not be faulted for this scenario at all! Thank you for being a part of BLF.
