What type of knife is it?
Non-Camper here: What would be the most realistic usecase for RGB in a camping lantern?
The notch in the spine of the blade (bottle opener) reminds me of DPX knives from their Hest & Heat lines, but I don’t remember seeing any with that style carabiner. The Heat knives are carabiner-based, but configured very differently… I suspect the one in the video might be a knock-off of some kind.

Not really versatile without flashlight functionality.
Red does not attract bugs as white light does, also dim red light does not disrupt your night vision. Regarding any other color, i don’t know. Maybe mark a place in a crowded camp? Entertain kids? Take photos of small objects. Especially if you have two of them, not sure how bright the rgb leds are.
