Wurkkos FC13 emitter/MCPCB swap for E17A azure

Hello I just picked up a FC13 and I read that the XHP50.2 in this light is the 3v and was wondering if I would have any issues swapping in a E17A azure. Also it would be awesome if someone could point me to a vendor that can sell me a compatible MCPCB for this light and the correct emitter footprint.

The XHP50 driver will absolutely fry a E17A. I’m not an expert on this particular emitter, but look into lower-power lights. It’s gonna be tough making nonstandard footprints work, and the only place I know that sells these PCBs is Eurekatronix.

Unless you have a very compelling reason for doing this, I suggest giving up or thinking of some alternative light that might solve your problem.

The FC13 has a FET driver, it will fry the E17A. You are better off going with another similar-sized host with multiple emitters like an Emisar D4v2, as it has a linear-regulated driver when optioned with low current emitters (219b, E21A, W1, etc)
