Well, it’s not expensive, that’s for sure.
But is it what you want?
I think it will run pretty hot on high mode, since it only has the surface area of the head to shed the heat.
Below that you only have one mode.
Chances are it will be chopped with visible or audible PWM, because that’s the cheap solution, usually.
Looks like an e-switch to switch on, of and select modes.
You may be forced to click the switch through low and strobe mode to turn it off.
I assume they use a cool white (maybe blueish) LED.
I suspect they use a fake Cree XHP50, which will do the job, but usually very cool white and a bit less light per Watt power.
But in all, it’s probably not a hot rod light, so you’ll be okay with 3x the famous Panasonic 3400mAh.

You can find 18650 there with better current capabilities too.
Those 3400mAh Pannies can’t push much current.
