Where can I find the best price? Which emitter is best? I was wanting to go with the U3, but keep thinking I heard some issues with that version. Anyone know anything about that? One last question… The convoys I have been hearing so much about… Can they compete with or beat it?
Anyone anyone?
The convoy S2 and M1 won’t beat it for throw because they are not a C8, but if you want more flood (S2) or best compromise between flood and throw (M1) then i would recommend those convoys.
The convoy’s build quality is excellent, and from what i hear the XinTD is also well made

Isn’t the xintd sorta exclusive to international outdoor?
Do they have a discount code?
I have Suncoasters XTinD in my hands at the moment and can vouch for its quality. I have heard some criticize this light for a hard to press switch, which it is slightly to not a lot off output. In comparing this light to others I have not in my opinion seen a light that offers better bang for the bucks. I have recently modified a deep reflector C8 that had a Q5 in it to XM-L. I spent a lot off time tuning the reflector depth to get the best hot spot. With an output off 3 amps and the XTind with an output off 2.8 amps, the XTinD had a larger hot spot with a larger spill and was all around a lot brighter. Why, I dont know. In my book the XTinD would be hard to pass up if you were after this style off light.

you know, i have always liked that light, but never really felt the need to buy one… but you kind of made me feel like i need to buy one
The U3… Been hearing good things about it.
If you are talking about the xintd c8 and can wait a few weeks for me to get out of school, I am thinking of selling mine.
I dunno…I tried a BLF search for a discount code but couldn’t find one. Perhaps you could contact them and ask? Of course post it if they give you one…this light is on my future purchase list as well!
think he just bought one… and if he did, you can pm me details
No discount code & I already purchased one. Thanx for the offer…. ![]()
I own an Xin TD XML T6 .
What you are getting is a well-machined light with well-spaced modes and virtually undetectable PWM . It is one of the throwier C8 style lights . As far as the tailcap goes , yes, the switch is a little harder to access than some , but the light tailstands very well .

I have never seen any sort off discount offered at IOS.
The answer I found said they dont give them out. They carry certain lights at good prices & feel they dont need to hand out discounts… I paid $31.94 with shipping & U3 emitter upgrade… All in all seems like a fair price.
Dale… you might want to check this Keygos M10 clone it’s a nice light for the money.
upgrade the driver and change the LED to U3 and you got yourself a XinTD beater for cheaper price ![]()
heck… it can even compete with HD2010 in it stock form for less money
M10… Modded by Gords…
