XP-E2 Positive or Negative??

Re-flowing a xp-e2 on to a sink pad. Is the little square in the corner supposed to go on the positive side or negative?

The square mark is the cathode side -, the bond wires and little anode mark are +.

You can check with your multimeter continuity test.
