Received my H2 Saturday. I cannot get a protected 16340 to fit even thought it it recommends using one in the manual.
That's too bad. They must be using Zebralight engineers.
Yea, I was a bit surprised that Xtar wouldn't recognize that protected ones are a bit longer. Maybe their 16340's fit.. I might have to order one and see.
Same problem with the H1, only unprotected 14500’s fit
Ok, I imagine that that's an even bigger letdown.
Which protected 14500 do you use? I use protected Trustfire with a length of 50,84mm and they fit and work in the H1.
I’m using the Xtar unprotected 14500’s they are 49.5mm. They fit with about a 1 mm to spare. So i can see how your trustfires would fit.
The keeppower 14500’s and eagletac for sure don’t fit. I’ve tried both.
16340's will fit now with my new tail cap sent free of charge from MD Lightsource!!
