Check it out from 1:30 onwards… seems to be an “official” vid from xtar’s y’tube channel
That is normal.
It is outside specifications for LiIon batteries, but many chargers does that.
Even the chips for charging can be delivered with a non-changeable voltage that is outside the LiIon specifications.
Might be normal but I'd avoid it. My POS Ultrafire WF-139 is a few years old and still stops dead at 4.19V all the time, every time. Best $13 I spent on my lights.
It terminated battery charging at 4.266v which is about 1.57% (66mV) over 4.20v.
I wished they used a known accurate meter with tighter tolerance when they did that measurement.
Your WF-139 will do exactly the same as the MP2, if you measures while charging.
Poor counterfeit! This cost 150€ and is sold by Conrad Elektronik here in Germany.
+ 1
Voltcraft is conrad's own brand. And conrad is a apotheke. They are b****y b******s.

If you buy 500pcs of something from China, they will print whatever name and logo you want on it.
