This little light for use with USB power packs or other USB A power sources had a extensive discussion years ago at the link below.
Amazon now has a updated version with slightly lower white light mode at 120 claimed maximum lumens but with RGB 3 color capabilities. I have the original and have ordered the new one. The original is quite compact and handy for use with a USB power pack. Other makers used to have versions of this but they seem to have pretty much disappeared based on a web and eBay search.
