I noticed these days that my post count was going to hit 500 soon. If you look at my joining date, you will notice that it took me one and a half years to reach this. So I'm obviously not exactly a blabbermouth, and since I would hit my 1000th post probably christmas 2014, I thought I'd do a small giveaway now.
I asked a lot of questions here and members were always very helpful. A year ago I had to ask what a P60 host is, and now I'm building my own dropins! I also hope that I could contribute some useful things now and then. I try to be here pretty much the same as I am in real life - I tend to open my mouth only when I know what I'm talking about, shut up and listen the rest of the time, but throw in a bit of tongue-in-cheek-humour from time to time ;-)
Anyway, the rules are simple, anbody can enter (only once) who is a member for at least a week, the giveaway will end Friday, May 24th at 23:00 local time (which is GMT+2).
The winner will be able to choose between two options. Prize #1 will be an only slightly used Balder BD-0 1xAAA twisty light. I got it for free from Balder, but I can't get used to it. I'm just not a twisty guy, so hopefully it goes to someone who can take care of it better than I can.
Prize option #2 is an unused MXDL 2xAA light, which isn't exactly a great flashlight, but it feels quite sturdy and I figure it would be a good modding host. So if anybody likes modding, here's a new challenge.
The winner will be drawn via random.org after the giveaway is closed. I will ship the prize worldwide free of charge, no questions asked.
