Try to document all your steps if you decide to give it a try. I’ve been cheated twice on bergain brand shoes offers. I’ve received fake ones, advertised pictures vs those of real product was the bottom.
Both times I’ve applied to my bank to make complaint on being cheated. Both times the bank returned me money just upon screenshots I’ve sent. No sending back products or even contacting the seller.
As far as I know banks have collected funds to cover unsuccessful transactions. Once the bank fails to contact the money receiver they may return your money putting the loss on bank’s shoulders.
