I’ve EDCed the received light nearly since I got it.
Not because I expected it be useful for EDC but because I hoped to find time to play with it.

Seems the time is now.

There’s still too bright to go out but I managed to play with modes and configuration.
The firmware is custom, based on Babka.

The default settings turned out to be perfect.
4 modes going from low to high with no strobe seems right for me.
Starting low w/out memory is right for me.
Batt check enabled - that’s right for me as well.

However it seems that I found a bug. When I do a batt check - it blinks 4 times. Then 5 times, 5 again and again and again. So the first blink-out seems shorter.

The batt check scale is 1-8 blinks so my cell is nearly half-empty. It seems the cell is not charged enough for full blast. I think it was 4V or more when I put it inside so it may be that the lighted switch drained it.

Oh well, less than full will do for tonight.
