Yuck! There will be dead bugs inside the base if it does work. 
Bug zappers are apparently bad for your health… apparently inhaling bits of exploding, crispified insects is not good for you… I’m trying to cut down… :party:
And some very P.O’ed stingy things if it only stuns them.
I have one of these, it works very well.
So you get a handfull of dead bugs when you grab the flashlight. Not that live bugs are any fun mind you.
Extra fibre, how can it be bad for you?
