FW3A, a TLF/BLF EDC flashlight - SST-20 available, coupon codes public

Harborseal, take a look at the Nitecore SRT6 Night Officer, it’s a rotary dimming light that is really sweet. On/Off or lockout at the tail, full function in the rotary dial so it can be pre-set before turning it on at the tail, you’ll know pretty much exactly what your’e gonna get when you click the tail on. You can leave the tail switch on and it’s got a power on indicator, sleep through the right position on the rotary. Left from sleep is SOS, full right is Strobe.

They said it makes 900 lumens on an XM-L and I checked it at about that, pulled the XM-L and used an SST-40 going back in and it makes nearly 1500 lumens now. Only thing I changed was the emitter. Pretty neat light!

Would you put me down for another one please. 2 total
Thanks

Please put me down for another as well. Thank you. :+1:

Well sign me up for one more…

Yes will do
Thanks for saying it is not the first, makes me add “2nd” and such for better overview (it is impossible to remember all on all the lists  )

Please add me on the list for 1 FW3A.

Miller, my first is 158 and my second is 488 if you want to put a “2nd” after it.

Please put me down for 1 of these amazing lights! :)

Many thanks,

-Ben

Could you please add me to the list for one?

Will update listlater, ha and of course Peabody will do that too!

If the list is still open then sign me up for 1

The list should be open for a few months at least. This is definetly a 2018 light.

Yes welcome and will update list later!

Could you add to tge list please.

It seems that my post from May never made it. Please sign me up for two.

Oops, yes will update and correct list later, today.
EDIT MARK and lis updated

Here’s a triple XP-G3 Wuben light with the AR lens removed. Supposedly 90 CRI. Not bad if you ask me, as long as Lumintop doesn’t put AR glass on it. Looks quite nice outdoors.

Daylight/XP-G3 Wuben

What I’m missing in the OP are driver details. Is there already a choice made except that it’ll run NarsilM?

The driver is a FET+N+1 design, so it should have regulated output up to around 3 amps, IIRC, and the ability to go much higher than that for turbo modes. Output will mostly be limited by ability to dissipate heat.

The driver itself is custom-designed for this light.

Yes last details are put on paper for LT to make it and create the first prototype

The double tube for the e switch in the tail is unique and that alone requires custom design.
Then it is ready for TK and others to play with software to use the FW3A leds as receiving light flashes from a screen to allow programming of the driver without opening (only the hardware is in place and TK made a testsl setup to prove it can work, this needs a tremendous amount of work but if that work is put into it the hyis ready. (And it is logical new projects take this into account as well))
