It’s difficult.
First time I reported non-delivery, they resent, and both arrived eventually, so I requested an invoice and paid twice. I can always use more of that item.
Second time was Ali, I requested extension of the buyer protection and it was not granted by the seller, so I raised a dispute and got a full refund. The item eventually arrived. I have not made enquiries about paying because they had their chance to do the right thing and refused.
Third time they are resending, neither package has arrived yet, if they both come I will pay twice again, but this time I have no use for the extras.
Now I choose simply to take the risk on smaller items, and if over about $20 I will pay the extra for tracking and decide at the time (if it has stopped moving for too long) whether to report or wait. My oldest untracked & unreported item was ordered 7 August (cost $8.35). I am just going to wait and count myself unlucky if it does not arrive.

Do you really care about the color of a power bank? Typically, I put a cheap sleeve on it (mainly for the purpose of having pouch to tuck away the cable) and will hardly ever see its original case again.
Repair. There are a lot of driver problems. I have a fail rate of 5 out of 5. I also have 4 drivers coming my way, so I need to swap them with a soldering iron. But of course, maybe I’m just very unlucky. For less than $30 I think the SC02 is a super light. Nice thick beautiful body with an MT-G2 emitter!
That’s very bad. Does it include your MT07S? Are the new drivers sent by Haikelite to you as warranty claim?
I have lousy solder iron and skill, but what i afraid is the problem occur after warranty period and no free driver to swap. I am not sure about Haikelite warranty.
Two pieces of MT07S with problem. Both lights work; the output is just amazing. But both problems with back lit button. On one light it does not work at all, and the other it always blinks, although it should be solid blue because batteries are full. I always test my lights the first couple of days after receiving them for DOA warranty. I deal warranty with Banggood, and it’s been taken care of properly. Because you don’t need to send the light to China for repair, or they don’t need to send a completely new light to you, it’s a cheap solution for both vendor and Haikelite. But you need (a lot of) patience and soldering iron/skills.
