I just bought 7 Liitokala Lii-S1 chargers, i.e. as many as I could without exceeding the UK customs limit.
I don’t normally buy chargers before I see HKJ’s review, but either he says they’re good and I’ve scored a great deal, or he says they’re bad and I use them for parts and cell slots in my own projects
It’s amazing how awkward it is to get a simple cell slot for a project, especially if you want it to support multiple cell sizes. I gave up years ago - now I just break up ready-made chargers instead…
Back on topic, I also bought two Sofirn SF13 2×AA lights as likely mod hosts, a couple of nice neoprene wrist straps and 20 tiny Li-Ion charging boards. Total price for all of todays purchases: about £50. Yesterday’s price: about £90. I’m a happy camper this morning
the S1s are no longer available, so you scored big time. I only ordered two, –65% is a very good discount in contrast to my other items in the cart (discounts range from –5% to –20%)
From the Panasonic page - Output: 4.2v 600mA
If that’s correct, not much use for protection with such a low current rating. $15 shipping doesn’t help either!
Wouldn’t buy, it’s a waste of time. And unlikely, but possible lost dispute.
The price is too good to be true. And there are many contradictions in the description.
More than half of the money I saved was on the Lii-S1 chargers, and most of the rest was on a couple of Sofirn lights. I only got small discounts on the other stuff.
I do the same as you with discounts - I ignore the overinflated “normal price” and look at real prices. If I can, I compare the previous discounted prices with today’s price. In addition to that, I always compare prices between competing suppliers. All part of the arms race between us and the suppliers’ marketing people.

None of which look remotely correct, it seems like a jumble of random specs thrown together.
What you get, if indeed anything, would be a complete lottery, and it would be hard to claim it wasn’t as described, because they aren’t describing one product here, but many.
I don't have much luck with that Liitokala Official Store in the past but i still go ahead to place a bulk order for Lii-S1. I guess this is the only deal worth considering.

I am new to Aliexpress, I would like to use paypal, some stores use paypal and some do do not. So that limits my selection? or is there a method to use paypal with all transactions?
Not all stores at Aliexpress take Paypal and when I have had items in my cart from 2 different stores that both accept Paypal I have had to pay for each stores items separately in order to use Paypal
