No offense but the colors are not appealing to me at all. Cheap, cheesy, and ugly.
Most refer to Simons Convoy lights to be the top of the Convoys.
As an option, then great for more variety.
I would like to see more of the Sand, Brown, OD green, OD Green/Black combo colors.
I like the orange. If it was brighter or more of a burnt orange, I’d like that too.
Not a big fan of the purple or cyan but I can see why people would buy them. Folks might like to get one of each or buy one in a particular color for a particular person. If the orange becomes available, I’d buy one with a different tint from my other Convoy S2+ lights for sure. Smart thinking on Convoy’s part.
I also prefer a satin feel but have no real preference over a metal switch or rubber. Bistro would be a really nice option too.
If people are listening, I’d LOVE a dark Maroon flashlight. Can’t say that I’ve seen one like that.
That copper S2+ will be a heavy weight!
Any ETA for it?

Convoy is Simon’s brand. If a light isn’t from Simon, it’s not a Convoy. There have been some cheap imitations with the same name on them, but they were fakes.

exactly… Those pics were on a facebook page…People got excited, Neal posted that comment… Essentially the new colors s2+ are not available… He had a c8+ and the copper s2+ pic up and said this :

So I was trying to find the elusive copper S2+ . I think I succeeded, I have one coming now. Not many were made and a few are going out to ‘traders’ …… so the copper s2+ exists
Hi all. Sorry I haven’t been able to keep up entirely. Thank you for all the feedback. Simon and I both appreciate it. In case there is any confusion these are color samples not production lights. I’ve been a Convoy color pusher since I saw the red S2+ and we’ve seen some nice results. Purple and orange were the two I’ve pushed hardest for since the green S2+ as I personally like those colors but more importantly they are what I heard the most call for from the BLF community.
My thoughts/comments:
As for the purple color my response to Simon before I even posted the color pictures was that I’d like to see a darker purple with a little more blue. 
I’m glad to see so many similar comments as I always try to advise Simon based on what I feel will be the most popular. He has passed this along to the factory. :+1:
The copper S2+ mentioned by a few is indeed a solid copper S2+ but the pictures you’ve seen are from a small quantity test run. Simon is not satisfied enough with the finish on this run to go full production yet but don’t give up on that front. I do believe it will happen though I don’t want to make any promises just yet.
The C8+ is for sale in the Convoy store now. It is only available in Desert Tan at this time.
As for the talk of/wishes for a AA sized mini-S2+ :sunglasses: No comment… 
ask him if l6 in copper is out of the question

I saw Neal blabbing about it on FB. I tried to get SOME info out of him… nothing.
I went to aliexpress, sent a question about this elusive light to someone selling S2’s , turns out it was Simon…
5 minutes later he had my paypal ! 13 days later, here it is !
It is quite nice….He said he made a small batch, a handful and sold a few to ‘traders’…
Seeing the colors…I wonder if a red/white/blue ala surefire Patriot could be achieved….
