No.
I was not sure that there is any need in spacer since cheap triple sofirn host is available.
Also I dont think internal rivalry with C8TT is a good idea.

Have you considered making SS bezels for the Emisar D1S or D1?

No.
To make it cost-effective you need to have stocks of ss tube that fits pretty tight (I mean when it requires tiny amount of extra material removement to make a bezel), and a spare machine that works mostly with ss and equipped with special tools and coolant liquid.
If you just have an universal lathe and will try to make it from solid bar, you will get prime cost that can exceed d1 price.

That makes sense, thanks anyways! I’ll likely be ordering a copper triple pill from you when the orange S2+ is released.

Obviously this just means he needs to make a D1S bezel then bezels for multiple increasingly smaller lights with the inner bar material.

Surely machining is as simple as this right:

/s

I have no idea how any of this works

Haha that was worth a chuckle – there’s no easy way to turn out SS and salvage the inner core for anything usable. Even if you managed, there would be a lot of lost mat’l.

Kiriba, I saw some earlier comments in the thread about having problems shipping to Canada – are these resolved?

So, to order a Copper pill triple Convoy S2+ with the Convoy retaining ring it would be $10 + $6 shipping I believe, right?
Also, I don’t think you carry triple MPCBs or the 10511 optic, correct?

All good news. Are you still willing to share the part drawings if I would rather make the part at my family shop?

Sure. I dont see reasonable protecting drawings and force you spending time on measurements.
