I could not get the switch to go though the hole from the inside, so I fitted it from the outside.

I found the switch wires too short to install the switch from the inside.

Was I missing something?

I am happy to report that my Lumintop BLF GT70 beam profile feels even brighter and tighter in hand. This is the best flashlight since the Olight SR90! :smiley:

Did your GT have the two slots ??

If so, you should have been able to turn the switch sideways & insert it from the inside without unsoldering the wires.

They only happen once per model. Itā€™s not all bad, though. Usually they can still be bought with a coupon code at almost the group buy price. For the GT70 you would need to go through M4D M4X and Nealā€™s Deals.
