Folomov Pen looks really interesting to me— but they list the cell as
10900, and elsewhere as 10440. ……

Yeah, its a goofy looking long 10900. They also have the EDC C2 that uses a 14300.
I’d like to try one of their Nichia E21 based lights but I wish they’d use a cell that actually exists in the wild rather than randomly creating new cell sizes to fit their lights.
I googled and neither 10900 or 14300 batteries are anywhere to be found.
Can I have the copone for the Folomov PEN? Thank you!

Folomov EDC C1 (also uses Nichia E21A 3000K LED) uses 10440, which is at least available, although smaller capacity. I don’t see the Folomov EDC C1 on BG or GB yet, hopefully it will be available there with a nice code…
