XPL HI's For Sofirn SP36?

Is Sofirn planning an XPL Hi version of the SP36? The Hi’s made the Q8 into a powerful “semi-thrower” and would make the SP36, with its smaller reflectors, an excellent general use light with decent throw.

My SP36 measured around 450m with xpl hi, not even close to the 700-800 measured meters from the Q8

I wouldn’t expect great throw from with those little reflectors, but better throw than the stock floody light. How would you describe the beam, of your SP36, and did you mod it yourself? If not, who did it, and who would you recommend?
