Great news Martin, can you ask them if they can offer just the head part?
Is that interchangeable with Convoy’s C8?

I’ve been considering a new copper light, this just might be the ticket.

They should make both copper and brass. I like SST40 more. Please make sure that the flashlight is designed to tailstand. Looking forward to that ‘competitive price’. Cash

Interested. But I would prefer SST-20 instead or XP-L HI.

Would there be any way to change the metal switch out for a conventional rubber switch? A warm white lighted switch will go well with the copper or brass.

I'm interested but price sensitive.  Prefer the XP-L unless they find a warmish (~5000K) SST-40.  Prefer Brass over Copper.

Interested in pure copper.
Prefer sst40 but xpl is fine also.
Thanks.

Also wouldn’t mind if there was no engraved branding.

What might be the approximate weight of the C8 copper and C8 brass?

For reference: the Astrolux C8 aluminum weighs somewhere between 150-160 grams (without batteries)

Then the C8 copper might weigh around 450g and the C8 brass around 400g.

That would be sweet. Add a few more fins while at it as the SBT90.2 gets hot.
