I can assure you DHL delivers in South Africa Ban, I’ve received items through their services many times in the past.

It may be better if you PM me here so I can adjust my order and change it accordingly.

I placed quite a large order nearly three weeks ago, with expedited shipping, and on the order information page, it still says “processing”.

I have ordered from KD before with no problem, but this is starting to concern me, as I have not heard back from any of the support channels after multiple days now.

Even if there is a stocking or logistics issue, I would like to be informed of it, rather than being left in the dark and out of pocket.

It is not an amount of money I can afford to lose.

this site steel your money. ware marked as in stock, are not in stock. after 8 days of no communication until the opening of the case via paypal kaidomain offered a refund. I have no experience with this kind of fraudulent business and naively waited for the kaidomain to give me a refund, but I missed the time to escalate the dispute through paypal (thx paypal great rules). then the seller stopped communicating with me and didn’t give me the money back. Avoid them – kaidomain only steel your money.”

If I was just a little bit sceptical (it’s a good job I’m not) you may be forgiven for thinking someone had set up a second account to post the comments above on their 1st post.
If that was the case (which I’m sure it isn’t) that would be a pretty childish thing to do. Facepalm
Either way, genuinely I do hope you get your problem sorted out, I know it’s a real pain when these things happen, and they happen to all of us, don’t worry!

It’s a coincidence for sure then – I hope you have some luck with your items (maybe they will come later on) It is a fact that some sellers over there get a little overwhelmed or let down by delivery dates etc etc.
This can be painful for the buyer for sure, sadly a simple email would reassure most waiting buyers, but that’s the one thing they seem incapable of doing efficiently in most cases, which is what causes all the bad feeling.

thx. but this is not the case. kaidomain has cancelled my order and promised me a refund. and now they don’t reply to emails anymore. so I would also like to warn others about these fraudsters.

One time Kaidomain had one item not in stock. Got the refund within a few days. In my experience Kaidomains ships very fast. Overall I have very good experiences with Kaidomain and can recommend the store to everyone.

But to be safe I always pay (at every online stores) with PayPal.

I have similar problem with kaidomain support. I order from them for first time and before week ago i received my order but I have the problem with defective XHP50.2 LED. When tried to clean the MPCB from flux my emitter accidentally was dedomed and now I have power blue LED because lens with phospor coating was removed. I tried to contact them via email and opened return case. So far I didn’t receive respond from them.
