I’m sure they’ll claim it was the post office’s fault but the postage costed only 5 bucks, so I’m just going to say that I learned my lesson the hard way. Thank you very much for your help.
Manafont is the worlds worst at taking back what they sell. I know all to well how they tried to do me on the TK35 clone light they sent me. I just ended up keeping it for it was’nt worth my trouble to send it back. Rick told me that before I tried. He was right.
Lucky you. When I had a faulty item and returned it to them, by the time MF received said item, they reneged on giving me back the money I spent on posting it and initially only wanted to give me store credit. Took more effort that what was needed from me really, to try and get a refund instead of store credit.
After the above incident (around 2 years ago), I have never ordered from them since.
To the OP, IIRC, the address you were given in Chinese was the same one they gave me. I just stuck that on the package and let it be.
That address is no good, been there done that one too; I was told at a much later date that address is a warehouse they use to ship out of but it is not theirs and thus they didn’t get my return even though tracking clearly showed they did. Yet when I asked WHY is that address even listed on their website, all I heard back was the sound of crickets!
save the headaches and the heartaches and take your loss, and learn the lesson…any companies that has return address in other language is a big NO-NO

shipping it to different address might cause you some more grief… just save it until the next giveaways…
i’m sure somebody wants to tinker with it… heck send it to old lumens, he loves modifying lights that uses regular batteries

I just ordered something from them recently, and about a day later, Fasttech listed that same item. Doh!
I do hope it goes well, as I see no way to cancel the order with them, even though it has not shipped yet.
Jim has cancelled the order, so I’m left with some Mana Points, but I don’t ever plan to shop there again, so I requested a PP refund. Hopefully that will go well.
I would love to get reimbursement for the shipping as well.
