Are you perhaps in charge of the flashlights dept.? I wonder if the guy who is in charge ever reads your own forum .
You do know that most of the questions about flashlight related products in your forum remain unanswered for months, don't you?

This isn’t the thread nor forum to be venting your frustrations with Banggood’s own forums. Take it up with them directly or if anything in their own section on here.

So when would these batteries be better than the panasonic 3400? Under 3A draw or more? Charges faster? etc.
Thanks (:

Why is this light is this light approximately 17% dearer to buy in Australian dollars? The Australian dollar should only be about 10% dearer absolutely maximum. It puts Australians of buying from your shop when the pricing is not right. Can this be fixed?
Edit. This light which I would like to buy is $14.05 with coupon in US dollars. In Australian dollars with coupon code the cost is $17.02. This is over 17% different in cost to buy. This is called price gouging and is not correct to do. !0% or under would be closer to what the Australian dollars compares to the US dollar.

MRs Banggood have pathetic rates for AUD. Are you aware of your options for shopping online? There are some bank accounts/credit cards that are zero fee and use mid-market (XE) rate.
