You already know the answer. Those are fake reviews written by DD employees. A guy named Jonathan is not going to have broken English such as this...
"This Tactical LED Flashlight launches bright light. And it is energy-saving. It has a beautiful design. And the compact body can be well hold. With high quality, this flashlight performs well. I think it deserves the price."
I had a DOA UF-2100 from the previous groupbuy. I opened a ticket and it was replied to very quickly. At first they offered me a $5 coupon but I definitely said no. I asked for a replacement and it's in my hands today. Really good customer service in my opinion. I'll be participating in the next groupbuy.
So what's with the 'AVOID' warning in the dealer experiences forum? Only a few have this warning out of the few dozen websites. I still find it hard to support dishonest business practice like that. I actually find reviews very helpful and religiously use Amazon reviews for product research. Of course, you need to know how to sort out the inconsistent ones but over all they're generally reliable. Just like ebay made the feedback system famous, Amazon made product reviews equally as important. I'd just rather there be no reviews at all instead of lies. And this obviously isn't the only case of faking reviews. All this sort of conduct does is devalue the entire consumer product review system.
I just thought I'd ask Summer directly and get a direct response which hasn't been done as far as I can remember. I have a hard time overlooking things that blatant particularly when it doesn't just seem to be in the past.
When you put the same fake review on two of the products submitted for a group purchase that's bordering on the offensive in my view.
If there is to be any communication between BLF and any retailer something like that should be directly addressed.
Not speaking English well is starting to be a big excuse.
thanks for your attention on these reviews. I have answered the problem about the reviws in the "AVOID" post. We got some erviews from our suppliers or factories, but i promise these reviews were the real reviews from their other customers. Not all the reviewers are native english-speaking customers, and our suppliers just translated some to english to let more people understand easily. So there might be some mistakes on the translation. We will have a new Review Wikki soon, and we are looking for as many real reviews from customers as we can, you will see our reviews with the real picture of the product the customers get. And we also welcome the members here to share your reviews with us.
I appreciate the response and hopefully reviews by your suppliers are kept in check. We all know what they think of their own product so no need to masquerade as a customer. I'm glad to hear you're moving in the right direction for showing integrity and disclosure in your product reviews.
I wish I could participate in this group buy but I'm already working on another multiple light order and I can't justify yet another purchase at the moment. Bad timing :(
But in the reviews I mentioned above you have two different people with the same review for two different products. Unless you are saying that two different people both bought two different products that you've submitted and wrote the same review for both products (which obviously didn't happen) then your explanation still makes no sense.
Summer you have to remember who you are dealing with here.
We want brand name products at great prices or we won't bite.
We have Jim at Manafont offering us deals, Ric at cnqualitygoods and WendyHo at bestinone doing the same thing as you.
We really do appreciate the attempt but you have to do better than the competition or we are not going to bite.
Thee last couple of deals you gave us were really good brand name stuff thats why you moved some product give us something like that again and you will sell a lot again.
