I do agree and because I saw the earlier discussion about it I have already ordered it.

Because you posted it, somebody else is probably going to publish it the charger thread and I will have to answer again Tongue Out (Sorry, but I would like to get the request in the relevant threads).

Perhaps you should put links in the OP to your other review request threads. Help direct people to the right thread. Someone may stumble upon one of your review request threads just because it popped up in BLF recent threads and they may not realize there are separate thread for other requests.

Sorry. Before this battery request thread I even didn’t know you had “requests threads” Silly

if you wish…for redemption I could reply to them in your behalf

This is also very new, I wanted some way to keep a list of requests and asked the owner of this board if I could do it here and he said yes (A big "thank you" to him for that).

I do hope it is going to work and people do not get to impatient. I have probably got work for a month in one day and this does not cover the request I get from elsewhere (Like dealers/manufactures contacting me for reviews).

I will try to be very open with what I directly order, what I definitely want to test and what I will keep on the list for a period with few requests.

How about the 5000mAH King Kong 26700? If it’s as consevatively rated as the 4000mAH cell, this could be a REALLY interesting one.

Without lamps, there’d be no light.

I saw “HETER”-Brand 26650s in the Convoy store for a good price: http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/2pcs-lot-Original-26650-3-7V-450...HETER-26650-rechargeable-lithium-battery/330416_32273031029.html
I would love to see a review for them Smile

He has done that already in June of 2014. On the battery is a sticker 3.7V. The specs in the review read 3.6v. http://lygte-info.dk/review/batteries2012/Sony%20US18650VTC5%202600mAh%2...

Hi HKJ,I would like to request a test on the MKNE 26650 3.5Ah available at Fasttech. The reason is that I suspect it is MKNE cells under various rewrap brands in the 26650 size high drain category like Keeppower and Efest ,but it would be good to have the data on the base cell if that is the case.I have a pair of these cells and they have lower internal resistance than the 4 King Kong ICR 4.0Ah cells that I compared them to.
I think mine took 2 months to arrive via Netherlands post. Patience is a virtue Wink

I assumed that the panny mcr18650pf had been reviewed but I did not find it.

so if I am not mistaken it would be a good one to review!

It has been reviewed as a rewrap. This list is good to check specific cells: http://lygte-info.dk/review/batteries2012/batteryIndexUnprotected%20UK.html

These are the first 1.6v rechargeable batteries I’ve seen anywhere! Would love to know their performance against normal lithium ones.

http://m.hkequipment.net/index.php?p=6&id=1982&new=&cat2=22&cat1=25&cat0...

http://m.hkequipment.net/index.php?p=6&id=1981&new=&cat2=19&cat1=24&cat0...

Btw it states that it can only be charged by NiZn chargers. I will look for it now and come back with a link Smile

Found the charger:

This thread is for review request for batteries. This means:

LiIon batteries, i.e. 26650, 18650, 14500, 10440, 16340, etc.

NiMH batteries, i.e. AAA, AA, C and D

Alkaline/lithium batteries, i.e. AAA, AA, C, D and CR123

Sometime other batteries can also be accepted, but I do not really want to get into Li-poly batteries at the current time!

When posting a request, please post a link to where I can get it, i.e. a shop that ships to EU (This usual excludes US shops, due to the very high shipping prices on LiIon batteries).

It will usual be a few month from I order the battery, until I can publish a review. I do often have many batteries in queue.

This is Grace from AWT, thanks a lot for testing the AWT battery , i learned it from Light Junkie (http://budgetlightforum.com/user/6571) that you are going to test the new 18650 3000mah 35A battery, i have send you the PM, please check you inbox mail. so glat to have you !!!

I also suggested that battery for review. I got some[Thanks to HKJ REVIEW!] ~ 1 month ago based on the reputation of the 18650 IMR 2500mAh 35A. It seems to work well.

I am VERY curious to know what cell is inside??? Is it a Samsung cell??

Thanks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Wolfdog/Capolini!

Hi Wolfdog/Capolini, This is Grace, thanks for interested in our battery. i learned that you curious about our battery are re-wraped from Samsung, or LG, or Panosonic or …, i have to addmit that curious is a good thing, it help people to find out the truth. but why we re-wrap the battery? we have so many different capacity of the 18650 battery 1600mah, 2000mah , 2500mah , 2600mah, 3000mah 3100mah with different current , and NOT mention about other size like 266650 or 10440 14500 16340 18350 18490 18500 etc. we have our product line. so , the answer is no ! we did not re-wrap the other brand battery, we are the AWT !!! Original and Authentic !!! Anyway, it is glad to know you! wish you good day ! Regards Grace Vivian Aweite (AWT)

That sounds interesting.

@AWT do you have a strong IMR10440 battery?

The only good one is so far the Efest IMR10440, i hope you will offer an even stronger one Wink

HKJ, please test the AWT 10440 battery
these look interesting also, AWT 18650 3000mha 40A
And the AWT 18650 2600mha 40A

And to windyfire-linda (Hi again LOL & Grace vivian Aweite, I strongly believe that HKJ’s battery tests are for many enthusiasts the gate keeper for a sale, because i care very little about what the manufacturer says the battery can do. What i care about & i know many with me care about, is what HKJ’s test says the battery can do under different amp loads.
So we can know if the battery you are offering are the best fit for what we plan to use it for.

So if you have a new battery send it as soon as possible to HKJ to get tested, because I will only buy batteries that he has tested Wink

Hi Cajampa,

Thanks for interesting about our battery, we have send the battery to HKJ to test, and he give us the review on the candle light forum and his own web: http://lygte-info.dk/review/batteries2012/batteryIndexAWT%20UK.html

This time, we are going to send HKJ the new released battery 3000mah (18650 )and 5200mah (26650).

Since HKJ is specialized in this field. I believe what HKJ shows us is the most trustworthy data.

Thanks and Best Regards

@ Cajampa,

When you click on your link FOR 10440 Batteries it shows 14500 batteries[pictures] and describes 10440??!

When I copy/paste link it has neither…it redirects you?

hmmmmmm. That is strange. EVERY AWT battery that HKJ has done you did NOT provide information as to what CELL it is?!! Why is that? What is the big secret?!! Wink

@ Cajampa,

When you click on your link FOR 10440 Batteries it shows 14500 batteries[pictures] and describes 10440??!

When I copy/paste link it has neither…it redirects you?

If you search for 10440 on there page you will find them, but yes the listings are very “confused” of what they are really offering, and don’t make a good first impression.
+ they sell Ultrafire batteries :Sp, a seller who deals in those always makes me trust them much less Flat Stare

We all know the Ultrafires are of horrible quality & massively lies about there capacity, so i really can’t understand why an honest seller would want anything to do with them at all.
