Guys I just got home from work and I had a bunch of packages on my computer desk. Well long story short I ordered 4 of the Tenergy D NIMH 10,000MAH batteries from all-battery. I got them in last week I believe it was. Well one of them was nicked at the bottom pretty bad and had a burr sticking off of it. I ended up taking a knife to knock the burr off so I didn't scratch the inside tube of my TK70. Well that battery for some reason never turned my Vanson charger green showing it was good. I charged it like 4hrs longer than the other ones that were all ok and turned green. So I called all-battery on the phone. They have a website www.all-battery.com is where I got their phone number. I spoke with Ann on the phone. She told me to send a picture of the nicked up battery. She later emailed me back the next day and said they would be sending a replacement. Well I went ahead and checked the voltage on that battery and it checked out good but not quite as high as the others. It's useable. Well anyway the first package I open was from all-battery. I thought this feels heavy and big for just 1 D battery. Needless to say they sent me 4 brand new D Tenergy NIMH 10,000MAH for replacement of that 1. Now that is a great seller and service. Then I open another package from them and it had 1 brand new D Tenergy D NIMH 10,000MAH battery. That makes 5 extras they sent me. Now that is service with a smile.
Thank you all-battery. I just told Rick on the phone that now I will have 4 sets of 4 counting what I ordered from another seller on ebay today plus 1 extra. I should be set now for my TK70.
Maybe I need a TK50 now Rick. LOL!
