HD2010 vs. Romisen T601 U2?

Hi all BLF:ers,

I wonder if anyone have compaired Surefire HD2010 against Romisen T601 U2? They both seem like good throwers. But who is the over all winner?

Throw, spill, runtime, heat, etc.

I did order the Romisen, but if the SF is better, I might give away the Romisen and order the SF instead.

Welcome to BLF! I can't help you with the choice though as I have neither.

The HD2010 will out throw the Romisen. I am not sure by how much though.

Both lights have gotten great reviews. The Romisen states it has 150 more lumens, but the HD2010 have larger head. I have not found any beamshots of the Romisen.

Waiting for mine to arrive.

surefire hd2010? do mean ultrafire, trustfire, fandyfire?

Very true.. Big typo.

Should be Fandyfire. Anyway to edit title?

Actually the HD2010 seen here most is the UltraFire.

yeah if you edit your main post you can..it will be a tab at the top instead of a button at the bottom to perform the edit..

Done. Thanks and sorry. So many .....fire lights, and I smeared Surefire's name.

Might have to order a UltraFire HD2010 aswell, or step up and get the Crelant 7g5 v2.

Having seen both in action, the HD 2010 will out throw the Romisen. Romisen has better spill, which is not really a desirable feature of a thrower, I would expect run time to be roughly equivalent on the two, maybe a bit longer with the HD 2010 with the larger cell capacity of the 26650. Both seem to do a great job with heat management, but I have not specifically tested that feature.

Romisen is a better all around light, though, being smaller and very bright. They are really quite different lights, not sure it's an apt comparison: which is better should be based on your needs, intended use and what you want.

Welcome to the club, Ievel!
