Couldn't resist this.

I'll bet it is colder, darker and dryer here - mainly as the atmospheric water is arriving as snow. But then the folks to the north of me will be a lot colder.

My nearest light is 3 km away and I can see the lights from the ski resort 60 km away.

My only UF, the Ultrafire WF-504B with 5-mode R2 drop-in, also works great.  I bought it because of this excellent review: http://budgetlightforum.cz.cc/node/134  I've bought some crappy electronics and some crappy lighters from DX/KD, but I've been lucky in that I've never bought a crappy flashlight since I started looking up flashlight reviews online.
