Looking for a 2-mode driver

I’d read that one of the earlier NANJG AK-47 driver boards could be configured to give a “Hi - Lo”, 2 mode light levels by soldering the #3 star, (the one furthest left). I can’t find that circuit board, but I can find similar NANJG boards.

Does anyone know if any of these boards can be hard wired into a “Hi - Lo” configuration? I have several applications and could use 8 - 10 of them.

Yes I know there are custom programmed boards available, but they are $5 or more each, not closer to $3 - $3.50 each that the NANJG’s sell for.

Most of these drivers are going into gift lights, to non-flashaholics, they wouldn’t want or appreciate multiple modes. They will probably be using single 123 primary’s, so I thought a low mode might help lower their cost of batteries some.

I’ve looked the usual places, but as you know, there is very little technical info.

To re-cap, I’m looking for an in-expensive, 2-mode, 2.5v - 4.2v, 16mm - 17mm, 1000mA - 1500mA driver.

If it has a voltage as low as .9v or as high as 6.0v then I can consider 2X AA hosts or 2X 123 hosts as well.

Thanks everyone !
