What emitter do the Led Lenser M7R X and M14 X use? 600 & 650 lumen claims?

M7R X
600lm
1xLi-ion (18650??)

M14 X
650lm
4xAA

At these kind of outputs it would seem to be XM-L if OTF or very heavily driven XP-G if LED lumens, but certainly not the same emitter you find in other P, T and M series Leds.

Look at the M7R X Product video. At 0:28 and 0:30 you can see the LED - looks like XM-L to me.

It would basically have to be an XM-L. No other way to get 600+ ish lumens with a single emitter. Well ok, an MC-E, SST50, P7 would work too, but since this is a relatively new light by them, I would see no reason for them to use those older emitters. Especially since 2 of them are quad-die chips which would work rather poorly with the flood to throw mechanism.
In any case, their Throw will be inferior just due to the size of the XM-L emitter, relative to the performance of their XR-E previous generation lights.
