For higher end stuff you’ll probably end up having to try the camping supply stores in Mong Kok. They’re generally about a block from Fa Yuen street, up narrow little staircases from street level.
Ap Liu Street.
On the Kowloon side, Ap Liu Street is a must visit location. Shops selling hardwares are now selling hot flashlights too. These shops are operated by only a handful of companies. TM15 sold for less than HKD2,000, Skyray King, Black Shadow items, Trustfire models and others are available. Be smart, be careful, be alerted.

A road side stall outside this shop recently has Crelant torches. Although Crelant is for internal market, the torches selling to oversea buyers are of better quality. For some models, stainless ring tail cap or glass breaking design tail cap are for export only, basic forward click tactical switch is supplied for China internal buyers. I suspect some of inferior quality are made by outside contractors. Clamped fitted stainless steel fixtures, non AR coated lens with dust and dirts are common.

A glimpse to Pang Kee - the owner is a friendly body-builder sitting outside the small shop inviting the curious to play torches as toy. A bit difficult to locate, the street sign Wing Ning Road is an easier target.

Ground floor, on the right side of the main entrance; shop 119 on 1/F is the main shop but an affliated shop with Niteyes 40, Fenix 41, Olight 50 and some old Nitecores.
A sport goods shop near Jordan at Shanghai Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon side sporting even the piston UI Nitecore model which is obviously underpowered by today’s standard.
