After thinking long and hard, I decided to put my waiting to an end. So I just ordered a Fenix TK75 from Fenix Outfitters using the coupon code BF08. I got it for $183.95 shipped. According to their website they should be shipping them out by Dec 1st. Now I just got to wait for it to get here. But at least my wait of what I wanted is finally over. LOL! Thanks for all your help. I just lost a Olight SR90 off ebay by about $10. But this will do me well, due to its more compact size and weight.

I look forward to your review, I ordered one too. It’s a better size and probably brighter than my J18.
Even though the throw may be a little less than the TK70, I think you will like it more for three reasons.
batteries - 4-12 18650s
more compact and portable
plenty of throw with more usable spill

Good move Brad,the fenix website shows a 600m throw with a wide spill on the peripherals.Those beamshots are really nice and show the potential if the TK-75,and looks are killer.The battery extensions(parallel)increase runtime and not brightness,and make a nice whoopin'stick.IMO,I would choose this over btu shocker any day of the week especially with how close they are in price.I can't wait to see your impressions/beamshots.

Checked the Light junction website and did not see a listing for the TK 75. It is possible I overlooked it.

Not! Jeff said that they do not even have an ETA yet as of the 10th. They might now though. Defiantly not able to pre-order from them yet.

Congratulations! I might get TK75 either eventually, but now I keep telling myself all other torches are noises, stay focus on getting Olight SR95. Not enough fund right now.

an all out throw of lumens contest?

The thing that sold me on this one is the weight. It weighs only 18oz without batteries. So the whole light fully loaded with the 4 18650 Panasonic 3100mah protected batteries that weighs 7oz on the dime is a grand total of 25oz or 1lb 9oz. That sure beats the TK70 at 3lbs with 4 D nimh batteries or the SR90 I was thinking about getting at 3lbs 7oz. I’ll bet this will have some great spill as well as throw.
